Delivery & RCON
How fast do I get what I bought?
Paid purchases are delivered automatically while you are online on SureSMP.net. If you are offline, join the server and delivery retries every minute. If the server cannot confirm delivery, staff check your order by hand.
How does the store talk to the server?
The store connects to SureSMP over RCON, Minecraft's remote console. After your payment is confirmed it runs the exact LuckPerms, crate key, shard or tool command for each item, and records every step so nothing is given twice.
How is RCON set up on SureSMP?
In server.properties RCON is turned on with enable-rcon=true, a fixed rcon.port and a strong rcon.password. The store keeps that password in its private settings, never in the website. If the password in server.properties contains an exclamation mark, Java saves it as \!, but the real password is the one without the backslash.
What if delivery fails?
If the server is down or does not answer, your order waits and is retried automatically. If a command's result is unclear, the order is flagged for staff instead of being repeated, so you never lose items or get duplicates.
Ranks & upgrades
Are ranks permanent?
Yes. Sure, Frost, Celestial and the limited Winter rank stay on your account for good, including every perk listed on the rank pages.
I already own a rank — do I pay full price to move up?
No. Pay £5 to step up one tier: Sure to Frost or Frost to Celestial. Your current rank is checked before checkout and again before the upgrade is delivered.
What if I don't have the rank an upgrade needs?
The upgrade is blocked before you pay. Sure to Frost needs Sure exactly, and Frost to Celestial needs Frost exactly. Buy the full rank instead if you are on a different tier.
Do I lose my other groups when I rank up?
No. Only your previous store rank is swapped for the new one. Staff roles and other groups stay as they are, and a higher rank is never downgraded.
Payments & discounts
Which payment methods work?
Debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work at checkout. Prices are in pounds and payments are handled on a secure checkout page — we never see your card details.
How do discount codes apply?
Type the code in the promotion code box on the checkout page before you pay. 20OFF takes 20% off your whole cart, with no minimum spend. Only one code can be used per order, and the discount shows in the total before you confirm.
I typed the wrong username. What now?
Message a staff member on our Discord with your order reference from the confirmation email and we will move the purchase to the right player.
