SureSMP Privacy Policy & Purchase Terms

1. Personal Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction with SureSMP, we collect:

• Minecraft usernames, player identifiers, and account information needed to deliver purchases.
• Email addresses and information you provide when contacting support.
• Order details, transaction references, payment status, and purchase history.
• IP addresses, device and browser information, and security or activity logs.

Payments are handled through Stripe. Payment information is handled according to that provider’s privacy policy. SureSMP doesn't store or recive any of buyers card details.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to process and deliver purchases, provide customer support, operate our store and servers, prevent fraud and abuse, investigate payment disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Where applicable, our legal bases include performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, and obtaining consent where required.

3. Sharing Information

We share information where necessary with our store platform, payment processors, hosting providers, and other service providers supporting these activities.

We may provide relevant transaction records, delivery logs, and communications to payment providers or competent authorities when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, respond to disputes, or comply with law.

Our store uses Cookies.

Where required by law, optional analytics or advertising cookies will only be enabled after you consent.

5. Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including applicable accounting, legal, security, and dispute-handling requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Where personal information is transferred internationally, we use safeguards required by applicable law. 

8. Digital Purchases

SureSMP sells digital products for use on its Minecraft servers. No physical goods are shipped.

Before paying, you are responsible for checking the selected product, Minecraft username, server, compatibility requirements, price, and any stated duration.

Product descriptions specify what is included, delivery timing, and whether benefits expire or are affected by server resets. A purchase does not grant ownership of SureSMP or exemption from server rules.

9. Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. SureSMP does not offer voluntary refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind after a digital purchase has been delivered.

This includes deciding to stop playing, no longer wanting a product, or failing to use purchased benefits.

A suspension or ban for a documented breach of the server rules does not automatically entitle you to a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

This policy does not exclude mandatory rights relating to unauthorized payments, duplicate charges, non-delivery, defective or misdescribed products, or any other refund or remedy required by applicable law.

If a purchase has not arrived or does not work as described, contact suresmpbusy@gmail.com with your order reference and Minecraft username so we can investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.

10. Immediate Digital Delivery

Where applicable law permits, you may be asked at checkout to expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge the resulting loss of your statutory withdrawal right once supply begins.

This applies only when the required legal conditions have been satisfied. Acceptance of these general terms alone does not waive statutory withdrawal rights.

11. Fraud and Payment Disputes

Purchases must use an authorized payment method. Knowingly false claims of non-delivery, fabricated evidence, and unauthorized payment use are prohibited.

SureSMP may investigate suspected fraud and submit relevant order details, delivery records, and communications to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.

Where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, we may temporarily restrict the disputed benefits while an investigation is pending. Benefits associated with a refunded or reversed payment may be removed.

Nothing in these terms prevents a customer from reporting an unauthorized transaction or raising a legitimate payment dispute.

12. Server Rules and Changes

Purchases remain subject to the server rules avilible at our discord server discord.gg/suresmp

Product duration, reset conditions, and material limitations must be disclosed before purchase. Changes to the server do not remove obligations relating to purchases already made or remedies required by law.

13. Minecraft Disclaimer

SureSMP is not an official Minecraft product or service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

14. Updates and Contact

We may update this page to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where required. Updated purchase terms will not retroactively remove rights attached to earlier purchases.
